Status BVFS
- BVFS Bali property or villas agent is stand between vendors or owner of the villas and clients (customers or buyer of the villas)
- BVFS Bali only recommend villas for sale who have legal rights certificate of ownership. Must be free of any kind of problems or potential cases in the future.
- Bali BVFS only recommend reliable certified notary in specific area in Bali.
- BVFS Bali always prepared a representative or a agent for the client or buyer to evaluate the legality of the villas, in government land office or district court.
- BVFS Bali helps and assist customers of the purchase meeting with the owner of the villas in Bali.
Price of villas
- Prices listed on the website of each villas is proposed by the owner when the villa is registered in our portfolio.
- Rates May change without prior notice, the updated price will be known by buyer who submit formal written requests for notification via e-mail.
- In case there is a possibility to negotiate on the price of the villas, BVFS Bali will also advise the client immediately.
III. BVFS Responsibilities:
- Bali BVFS a responsibility to collect copies of all legal documents related to the needs of their client’s villa, while the original document is only shown to designated officer when the transaction is ready to do so.
- Bali BVFS responsible for talking with the owner about the request and inquires made by customers.
- Bali BVFS responsible for organize a site inspection of the villa, who required or request by the customer.
- Bali BVFS responsible for arranging meetings with the owner or a lawyer or legal notary PPAT.
- Bali BVFS responsible for recommending to customers the best and safest method of payment.
- BVFS Bali is ready to be the representative of the clients in term of the payment for the villa, but clients it’s in full responsible for sending the money before the due date of payment. If the client fail to fulfill the payment, BVFS Bali is free of any liability and not responsible in respect of all payments made.
- BVFS Bali is not involved in the case of payment between customers and villa owner.
IV. Build trust
In the case BVFS customers want to display detailed information about the villa or want to buy villa that is not listed in the portfolio, the client must show proof load. This can be done by showing the bank account where the money saved for the purchase of the villa, or the client will put money in BVFS Bali bank account.
This is very important for the development of trust and avoid wasting time for nothing.
V. Cost BVFS Bali
Before the transaction, BVFS Bali always told clients that the services fees paid by clients (buyer) for services performed. The cost is 1% of the total value of villa transaction.
